Custon Fizeau Interferometers

The IFV-60 phase-measuring Fizeau interferometer with 60mm aperture in a vertical (downward-looking) configuration. The aperture can also be increased to 100 if required. It is supplied with a certified lambda/20 transmission flat and an ergonomically designed sample handling system.

The IFV-300 and IFH-300 are a range of customer-proven phase-measuring Fizeau interferometers with 300mm (12”) aperture in both vertical (downward-looking) and horizontal configurations. Both configurations are supplied with a certified lambda/20 transmission flat and an ergonomically designed sample handling system. Using the well-respected, powerful and intuitive µShape Professional control, acquisition and analysis software from our partners Trioptics Berlin enables the simple, precise measurement of larger flat surfaces and windows in transmission.

Contact CT Gauge for optics

The Contact CT Gauge offers thickness measurements of up to 100mm with a standard diameter range of 300mm. Used for quick, accurate measurement of glass components this system incorporates 2 Heidenhain linear gauges mounted in opposition to each other.

 

Trioptics Phase/Static Fringe Analysis Kits for Older Interferometers

We are able to offer software upgrade kits to allow users of older interferometers to have powerful and flexible fringe analysis options. These could be old Zygo, Wyko or Specac systems or home made instruments – please ask about upgrade possibilities.
